    Dori J. Segal joined Gazit-Globe (TASE/NYSE/TSX:GZT) as an investor in 1992. In 1993 he became a member of the senior management team. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman and CEO of Gazit-Globe and as the Chairman of First Capital Realty (TSX:FCR). Previously, Segal served as Vice Chairman of Equity One which recently merged into Regency Centers Corporation (NYSE:REG) creating the largest high quality shopping center REIT in the US. Since 1993, Segal has been active in the acquisition, development and redevelopment of shopping centers, continuing to strengthen Gazit-Globe’s core business. Segal was instrumental in Gazit-Globe’s expansion into Canada, where he led the acquisition and the growth of First Capital Realty. From 2000 to 2015, Segal served as the president and CEO of First Capital Realty and currently is its Chairman. From 1998 to 2008, Segal served as the CEO of Gazit – Globe. The Group operates in more than 13 countries, owns and operates 132 properties with a gross leasable area of over 2.7 million square meters. It is also a significant shareholder in First Capital Realty and Regency Centers Corporation and has a consolidated total asset value of over U.S $14 billion.

    Adi Jemini has been the Chief Financial Officer of Gazit - Globe since 2016. Jemini joined Gazit - Globe in 2013 after previously serving as Chief of Staff to the Company's Chairman, Chaim Katzman. Jemini has worked closely with senior management teams of all the company's subsidiaries. He has also been involved in the M&A of the Group. Before joining Gazit, Jemini served as Regional Controller of Equity One Inc., the Company's U.S. subsidiary. Jemini was responsible for the entire West Coast and South Florida regions with direct authority over the finance accounting of over 60 of Equity One's shopping centers with an aggregated value of approximately $1.7 billion and generating and annual net operating income of (NOI) in excess of $100 million. Jemini holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information System from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech), graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2003. He has been a Certified Public Accountant in the U.S. since 2005.

    Rami Joined Gazit - Globe in July 2004 as Controller. Vaisenberger has since led the controlling and reporting department, dealing with various challenging professional projects and processes. From 2000-2004, Rami served as an auditor at Ernst & Young. Rami holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the College of Management in Tel Aviv and is a certified public accountant.

    Zvi Gordon has been Vice President of Investments at Gazit Globe since July, 2017. Mr. Gordon joined Gazit in 2015 as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Chief of Staff to the Company Chairman at Gazit Group USA. Prior to joining Gazit, Mr. Gordon worked as an investment professional at a U.S. real estate private equity fund. Mr. Gordon holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Binghamton University, State University of New York, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and a MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Sloan School of Management.

    Jeff Mooallem joined Gazit Horizons in 2017 becoming the President and CEO. Before joining Gazit, Mooallem held the position of Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Federal Realty Investment Trust and Former President of the West Coast division of Equity One. Mooallem holds a B.A. from Boston University and a Law Degree from Fordham Law School.

    Mia Stark became Chief Executive Officer at Gazit Brazil in 2013, working at Gazit for more than a decade; Under her management Gazit Brazil has built a prime portfolio of urban assets located in Sao Paulo, one of the most populous cities in the world. In 2017 Ms. Stark was appointed as a Board Member at First Capital Realty, Inc. (TSX: FCR), One of Canada’s largest owners, developers and managers of grocery anchored, retail-focused urban properties. Ms. Stark holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management.

    Yaron Eshel became CEO of Gazit-Globe Israel in 2016. Prior to becoming CEO of Gazit Israel, Eshel held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Endocross. Eshel graduated with a degree in Mathematics from the University of New South Wales, and an Executive MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

  • Lea Teva Ako

    Lea Teva Ako joined the Gazit-Globe team in 2012 taking on the role of Global Tax Director. Teva Ako previously worked as Tax Director for several large Israeli companies, and served as a tax inspector for the Israeli Tax Authority. Teva Ako graduated from the Radzyner School of Law at the Interdisciplinary Center of Herzliya in 2001 before going on to gain her Master of Law from Tel Aviv University. Teva Ako is a certified public accountant and holds her B.B. in Business Management from the College of Management Academic Studies Accounting Internship.

    Attias joined Gazit-Globe in 2011 taking on the position of Treasurer & Financial Risk Manager before becoming Head of Finance & Treasury in 2015. Attias holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Management as well as Behavior sciences from Ben Gurion University. Attias also received his MBA in Finance and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.

    Chaim Katzman is a visionary and leader in the real estate industry. He is the founder and controlling shareholder of Gazit-Globe (TASE/NYSE/TSX:GZT), and has been actively serving as its chairman since 1998. Katzman is also the founder and chairman of Equity One (NYSE:EQY) which recently merged with Regency Centers Corporation (NYSE:REG) Creating the largest high-end shopping center REIT in the US. Chaim is also the chairman of Norstar Holdings (TASE:NSTR), Citycon Oyj (OMX:CTY1S) and Atrium European Real Estate (EURONEXT/VSX: ATRS). He served as the Chairman of First Capital Realty (TSX:FCR) until 2015 and has since been serving as it's director. From 1992 to 2006, Katzman served as the CEO of Equity One. Katzman is the founder of the Gazit-Globe Real Estate Institute at IDC Herzliya, which he established in order to create an academic platform that will research, teach, and foster discussion about real estate. A pioneer of the retail investment and development industry, Katzman is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), the Real Estate Roundtable and the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE) and a trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Katzman was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in the Real Estate and Construction Services category in 2010. He serves as a trustee ofTel Aviv University’s Board of Governors. Katzman holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University.
